How You Will Make an Impact: The Business Office Supervisor plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and financial health of the Care Center. They are responsible for overseeing various administrative and financial aspects of the business, and their impact is significant, encompassing financial management, compliance, patient satisfaction, and efficient administrative operations. Their role contributes to the financial stability and overall success of CCRM. What You Will Do: The Business Office Supervisor is responsible for the business office and front desk employees. The Business Office Supervisor will monitor billing and cash collections policies and procedures and will implement processes to reduce loss of bad debt or denials and to maximize revenue collection or capture. The Business Office Supervisor reports directly to the Practice Administrator. • Manage Business Office and Front Desk Employees., • Track invoices, oversee accounts payable, and manage daily deposits., • Manage financial settlements between clinic and corporate office., • Monitor billing and collection of patient accounts, cash posting or claims processing, and ensure departmental activities comply with applicable regulations., • Work to reduce losses due to debt or denials and maximize revenue collection/capture., • Plan and administer policies and procedures governing the collection of revenue from patients or other payers., • Determine financing options based on insurance, funds available, extend of demand, and patient needs., • Request authorization of referrals from insurance companies and verify insurance eligibility when applicable., • Prepare payment estimates based on treatment plans and insurance information (deductibles, co-pay, etc.)., • Bachelor’s Degree or an Associates with equivalent relevant work experience required., • 4+ years of experience in a business office role, healthcare preferred., • Oversee the daily workflow of the department., • Recruit, interview, hire, and train staff., • Provide constructive and timely performance evaluations. CCRM’s Compensation: The salary range represents the national average compensation for this position. The base salary offered will vary based on location, experience, skills, and knowledge.
