The applicant must have a minimum of five years of project management experience with one or more NYSDEC remedial program (Spills, State Superfund, BCP, etc.). Essential Duties & Responsibilities: • Managing scope, schedule, budget, and invoicing for tasks including multi-media site investigations, tank closures, remedial actions, monitoring well installation & groundwater monitoring, etc., • Overseeing field and office staff working within project teams to ensure work is done correctly and within budget., • Reviewing field and analytical data and perform calculations to support site characterization and inform evaluation and selection of remedial alternatives., • Performing periodic review of remedial site data to optimize overall remedial strategy and make recommendations., • Client and regulatory correspondence., • Preparing and reviewing technical reports., • Preparing cost estimates and proposals., • Working effectively with project teams, clients, regulators, and all other stakeholders., • Coordinating work schedules with LaBella staff and subcontractors., • Satisfying internal safety and quality standards., • May require infrequent travel for field visits., • Highly proficient in MS Office suite.
