Responsibilities: - Keep the office (open space, meeting rooms, and kitchen), in clean and orderly condition - Clean appliances, run dishwashers - Collect deliveries, transport packages and sort items - Perform heavy cleaning duties such as cleaning floors and shampooing rugs - Perform routine maintenance tasks - Organize custodial closets and spaces - Clean glass office walls - Maintain working condition of cleaning equipment Requirements - Previous experience in cleaning, maintenance, or other related fields - Ability to handle physical workload - Strong attention to detail - Strong organizational skills - Integrity and ability to work independently It's possible to add 1-2hrs in the morning.
