Inventory Management • Monitor and manage physical inventory of all products in warehouse., • Ensure all physical inventory is safely stored per client specifications., • Manage and perform physical inventory counts (cycle counts) to ensure accurate inventory availability and inventory-on-hand reporting. Inventory Receiving • Ensure all incoming product shipments are received accurately and timely. Verify quality and quantity before checking products in., • Consistently record inventory received to ensure accurate inventory-on-hand counts., • Work with internal resources to update inventory in appropriate systems and software (online store platforms and/or NetSuite) to allow for accurate accounting of client inventory. Order Processing (Pick/Pack/Ship) • Hands-on ownership of accurate order fulfillment and inventory transactions., • Process customer orders timely by picking merchandise from inventory and packing orders for shipment, as well as shipment label and manifest processing via third-party shipping software (ShipStation, UPS, Fed Ex, etc.)., • Ensure freight carrier shipping labels are printed and placed on orders per specifications to ensure timely delivery., • Prepare and print applicable customs paperwork for international orders to ensure shipments meet various country requirements and international orders clear customs and are delivered within a reasonable timeframe., • Assist in ad hoc order fulfillment and special project tasks, as needed. Systems and Software • Utilize appropriate computer systems and software (ShipStation, Microsoft Office, etc.) to process orders efficiently and accurately. Quoting & Billing • Assist with quoting fulfillment fees for special projects and new program business., • Provide accurate reports for ongoing programs and/or special projects for invoicing clients accurately. Reports may include:, • billable hours, • order processing (order & pick counts), • shipment (with tracking), • monthly storage (by bin & pallet), • monthly receiving, • inventory-on-hand counts Supervisory • Directly supervise full-time, part-time, and temporary warehouse staff in accordance with the companys policies and applicable laws., • Plan and direct the work of all warehouse staff., • Approve timesheets, overtime, and manage paid time off calendars for warehouse staff., • Train staff on applicable warehouse processes and procedures, as needed., • Ensure applicable staff certifications (i.e.: forklift operator certifications) are kept up to date and in compliance with government regulations and guidelines., • Appraise performance of warehouse staff, as well as rewarding and disciplining employees, as needed., • Address complaints, resolve problems and escalate ongoing issues to HR, as needed., • Assist with the interviewing, hiring, and onboarding of warehouse staff, as needed., • Own relationships with freight carrier local representatives (FedEx, UPS, USPS, LTL, Intl freight, etc.). Behavior Therapists are responsible for the following specific duties: Treatment Delivery • Implement ITP programs as designed, adapting to frequent program changes, including but not limited to:, • Preparation for shift and environmental management, • Discrete trial instruction, • Natural environment teaching, • Generalization, • Maintenance, • Implement Behavior Reduction Plans (BRP) as written, adapting to frequency plan changes, • Prepare sufficiently for sessions by reviewing client’s Program at a Glance, progress note, BRP, and communication log, • Take responsibility for client’s programming during scheduled sessions, • Record data for each treatment objective in collaboration with the leadership team, • Work consistently as part of a team (i.e., pod) to ensure that the clients assigned receive the highest quality therapy and treatment possible, • Attend scheduled weekly pod meetings, scheduled overlaps with the leadership team, and monthly competency checks to remain current on all programming, • Communicate with leadership team to ensure proper therapy is delivered each day via communication logs, face-to-face communication, and during weekly pod meetings, • Provide timely input and feedback to leadership team members regarding programming, • Participate in training and demonstrating programming to other Behavior Therapists, • Behave ethically, ensure that the client’s welfare is protected Employees must meet one of the following Mental Health Practitioner (MHP) standards: • Must have a Master’s degree in behavioral science or a related field, • Must be enrolled in a Master’s program in behavioral science or a related field, • Must have a Bachelor’s degree in behavioral science or a related field and have 2000 hours of supervised experience working with children under the age of 18 who have severe emotional disturbances, • Must have 6000 hours of supervised experience working with children under the age of 18 who have severe emotional disturbances, • Employees must pass all State and federally mandated criminal background checks, • Employees must be interested in working with children with ASD, • Employees must possess the interpersonal skills to be playful, enthusiastic, and bring a high level, • of energy into the therapy situation, • Employees must be able to develop an effective rapport with clients and client caregivers, • Employees must have the ability to read written treatment directions, collect numeric data, and summarize the results; in addition, strong writing skills to document treatment sessions are required, • Employees must possess a valid driver’s license, continuously maintain appropriate auto insurance as mandated by the State of Minnesota, and have use of an automobile to travel to worksites and to the office for training sessions and meetings, • Behavior Therapists must complete a set of competency checklists conducted on their work with each assigned client by the Team Trainer, Clinical Supervisor, and/or Senior Behavior Analyst within the first 90 days of hire Pay: $29.00 - $31.00 per hour Schedule: • Monday to Friday Work Location: In person
