Position Summary: Therapeuo Mental Health Services provides integrated services, including clinical treatment, care coordination and recovery support. We provide clinically appropriate testing, psychological evaluations, assessments and services that are innovative, person-centered, strength-based, and outcome-driven. We strive for the highest quality of services using culturally responsive and evidence-based practices in a trauma informed environment. We are seeking a compassionate and qualified Licensed Clinical Psychologist to provide culturally responsive, trauma-informed, and person-centered behavioral health services. This role is central to delivering equitable and accessible care to a diverse population, many of whom face barriers such as housing instability, trauma histories, or limited healthcare access. In addition to traditional clinical services, the clinic offers faith-based mental health care for clients who request it, integrating spirituality with evidence-based practices. The psychologist must be competent and comfortable working within a clients faith framework while upholding professional ethics and clinical compliance requirements. Key Responsibilities Clinical Services: • Conduct Comprehensive Diagnostic Assessments (CDAs) in accordance with 245I standards., • Develop, review, and update Individual Treatment Plans (ITPs) that reflect client goals, cultural and spiritual context, and medical necessity., • Provide individual, group, family therapy, or other psychotherapy sessions and interventions to address clients presenting problems using evidence-based and, when appropriate, faith-integrated therapeutic approaches., • Respect and incorporate the clients spiritual beliefs in the therapeutic process when desired by the client., • Support crisis intervention and risk assessments when needed., • Serve as a clinical advocate for clients navigating mental health, and socio-economic barriers. Documentation and Compliance: • Maintain complete, timely, and compliant clinical documentation in accordance with Minnesota Statutes Chapter 245I., • Ensure that strength-based components are client-directed and documented appropriately in the treatment plan., • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, inclusive of spirituality as a strength-based approach to wellness when applicable and authorized by the client., • Provide clinical consultation and/or supervision to trainees or pre-licensed clinicians. Required: • Doctoral degree (PhD or PsyD) in Clinical Psychology from an accredited program., • Current and unrestricted license as a Licensed Psychologist (LP) in Minnesota., • At least one year of post-licensure experience in outpatient mental health care., • Experience working with low-income or underserved populations., • Knowledge of trauma-informed and culturally responsive care models., • Experience or training in Christian counseling, pastoral psychology, or similar fields is a plus (though services must remain non-proselytizing and client-directed)., • Reliable transportation for any community-based visits., • Minimum 35 hours/week with some flexibility for evenings/weekends based on client need., • Competitive salary commensurate with experience and credentials., • Benefits:, • Paid time off + holidays, • CEU support, • Flexible schedule, • Supportive, mission-driven environment We are an equal opportunity employer.
