Job DescriptionJob Title: Carpentry ForemanJob Description We are seeking an experienced Carpentry Foreman to lead framing and remodeling projects throughout the Twin Cities Metro area. This role is ideal for a hands‑on leader who takes pride in quality craftsmanship, jobsite safety, and team collaboration. Our company emphasizes efficiency, professionalism, and delivering high‑quality work on every project. Responsibilities • Lead and perform framing and remodeling carpentry work on residential and commercial projects, • Read, interpret, and execute work from blueprints, schematics, and construction plans, • Coordinate daily tasks and collaborate effectively with crew members and project leadership, • Ensure adherence to safety standards, quality expectations, and jobsite organization, • Assist with material handling, site preparation, and workflow planning, • Troubleshoot field issues and help keep projects on scheduleRequired Skills & Experience, • 2-3+ years of carpentry experience, • Proficient with hand and power tools used in rough and finish carpentry, • Strong work ethic with the ability to lead by example, • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, • Ability to work independently while supporting crew successPreferred Qualifications, • Experience in finish carpentry, • Knowledge of commercial construction environments, • Familiarity with rough carpentry techniques and structural framing, • Previous experience in a lead or foreman‑level role (preferred, not required)Why Work Here?, • Competitive benefits package including:, • 401(k), • Health, dental, vision, and life insurance, • Health Savings Account (HSA), • Paid Time Off (PTO), • Strong focus on work‑life balance, • Four‑day work week (Monday–Thursday), with Fridays off unless project demands require otherwiseWork Environment, • Projects located throughout the Twin Cities Metro, • Monday–Thursday schedule promoting a healthy work‑life balance Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
