Job DescriptionFinish Carpenter Pay: $25–$30/hour (based on experience) Location: Minneapolis, MN & nearby job sites Schedule: Full-time | Day shift | Monday–Friday Overview We’re looking for a skilled Finish Carpenter to join a professional team working on high-quality residential and commercial projects. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in craftsmanship, has a strong eye for detail, and enjoys working on clean, precise finish work. What You’ll Do • Install trim, baseboards, and door casing with precision, • Hang, adjust, and replace interior doors and hardware, • Install cabinets (leveling, securing, adjusting doors and drawers), • Operate hand and power tools (saws, nail guns, drills, levels), • Read and interpret basic blueprints and layouts, • Inspect finished work to ensure clean, high-quality results, • Maintain a clean and safe job site, • Collaborate with supervisors and other trades to complete projects efficientlyWhat We’re Looking For, • Experience in finish carpentry or trim carpentry, • Strong skills working with:, • Trim and millwork, • Doors and hardware, • Cabinet installation, • Proficiency with hand and power tools, • Solid attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship, • Ability to work independently or as part of a team, • Willingness to assist with general carpentry tasks as neededWhy This Position Stands Out, • Competitive pay: $25–$30/hour based on experience, • Steady, full-time work with consistent daytime hours, • Local projects — minimal travel required, • Work with a professional, quality-focused team, • Clear path for long-term growth and advancementSchedule & Work Environment, • Typical hours: 7:00–8:00 AM start - 3:30–4:30 PM finish, • Active construction/job site environment, • Physical work including standing, lifting, and bending Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
