Job Description Deerwood Bank is a growing, family owned, community bank with 14 locations in Minnesota and is hiring a Credit Analyst to work in its Mendota Heights, MN branch. The individual will participate in the commercial banking process by providing research and analysis to support the Business Bankers in their underwriting decisions. Tasks associated with this position include spreading and analyzing financial statements, preparing credit approval presentations, business and guarantor cash flow analysis and financial projections as necessary. Major Responsibilities and Duties: • Spread and analyze interim and year-end financial statements, borrowing base certificates, personal financial statements and tax returns, ensuring timely completion of required reports., • In conjunction with Business Bankers, assist in the preparation of written commercial loan analyses in a concise but complete format identifying major trends, issues. Senior Project Manager – Data Modernization Contract Duration: 6 months, with potential for an additional 6-month extension About the Role We are seeking a Senior Project Manager with a strong Business Analyst / Project Management background to lead a critical data modernization initiative supporting financial sales and accounting operations. The project involves replacing an existing financial application with a modern cloud-based data platform (Databricks). While the application development and system replacement will be executed by an outsourced partner, this role will own requirements definition, stakeholder alignment, and overall project leadership. Job Title: Investments Analyst Classification: Non-exempt Reports to: Manager of Investments Job Summary: Provide analytical support to the Investments team in the areas of evaluation, underwriting, due diligence investigation and closing of industrial real estate investments nationally, including direct equity, leveraged, joint venture, preferred equity and other structured finance investments.
