Job Description We are looking for a PART TIME, OVERNIGHT Receptionist to join our team on a contract basis in Minneapolis, Minnesota. In this role, you will manage the reception area, deliver excellent customer service, and handle a variety of administrative tasks. This is a great opportunity to contribute to a welcoming and organized environment. Responsibilities: • Oversee and maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean and welcoming for visitors., • Answer incoming calls promptly and courteously, addressing inquiries from residents and directing calls as needed., • Monitor camera screens to ensure the safety and security of the premises., • Assist residents in contacting appropriate services or individuals as requested., • Provide courteous and efficient support to independent homeowners and members of the community., • Operate a multi-line phone system to manage incoming calls effectively., • Remain attentive and responsive while performing duties, even during quieter periods., • Communicate effectively with team members and residents to address any concerns or issues., • Proven experience in receptionist or administrative roles., • Must be available between the hours of 12am-8am, M-F. We are seeking someone for 3 days per week with some flexibility on days., • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written., • Ability to remain attentive and focused during periods of low activity., • Familiarity with customer service practices, particularly in a senior or residential community setting., • Basic knowledge of security monitoring systems is a plus., • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
