The Inventory Coordinator position is responsible for the overall inventory integrity and maintenance of a store’s inventory following Ace’s inventory best practices and metrics - some of which are outlined as follows: • Inventory Record Accuracy-IRA (Change in Quantity on Hand, Credit PO’s, Direct Ship, etc.), • In Stock Position (Maximum Stock Level, Minimum Order Point, Store Use, etc.), • Assortment (Product Mix), • Unproductive Inventory (Overstock, Obsolete, Discontinued, Markdowns, etc.), • Shrink (Loss, Damage, etc.) Essential Duties and Responsibilities • Familiarize and stay abreast of inventory Best Practices within the Ace Way of Retailing, • Ensure data accuracy within the system to maintain adequate inventory levels, • Train store staff on best practices and create a culture that is focused on Inventory Health, • Collaborate with all associates to help identify errors and correct them as necessary by addressing the root causes, • Conduct, research, and address/reinforce Ace Way of Retailing best practices for the following processes (inclusive but not limited to):, • Negative Reports and make corrections as necessary, • “Shoot the Outs,” research variances, and make corrections as needed, • Permanent and temporary outs via Item Change Management, • Mango Count Sheets and exception reports., • Unproductive inventory management including Obsolete and Overstock Inventory, • Monitor shrinkage, recommend ways to reduce theft and breakage, and make corrections in inventory system, • Maintain accuracy of all location codes, • Print bin tags (labels) as required, • Help unload incoming trucks and put away merchandise (as arranged by management). The Occupational Therapist provides Occupational Therapy services to include evaluation and treatment to individuals ages 3-21 based on diagnosed conditions. These services will be conducted within MECA Therapies Childrens Outpatient Clinic. PRODUCTIVITY • Completing 1920 visits per year or part time equivalent DOCUMENTATION The OT will accurately collect data on persons served and will ensure that the information is accurate and filed in a timely manner by adhering to the following: • Documenting therapy sessions and progress, • Childrens Outpatient Clinic therapists are required to complete the SOAP notes within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment., • Any therapist needing additional time beyond their regularly scheduled time must contact the Clinic Director for approval, • Responding and completing tasks/messages received via Central Reach the day they are received, • Completing progress notes and upload as needed in Central Reach by the designated dates., • Completing clinic evaluations in the allotted time given within therapists schedule. (typically, within the same day or within 24 hours) Any therapist needing additional time beyond their regularly scheduled time must contact the Clinic Director for approval. STAFF DEVELOPMENT AND TRAINING The OT must comply with all mandatory trainings identified by their licensing board as well trainings mandated by their respective supervisor(s) and/or company by adhering to the following: • Consulting and providing in-house trainings to other staff members, • Maintaining appropriate licensure through the NM licensing board, • Attending mandatory staff meetings and trainings SUPERVISION Certified OTs may be asked to provide supervision for COTAs, and / or Student Interns/Observers.
