Job DescriptionNow Hiring Precasters – Start ASAP! Join a long‑established, family‑owned leader in precast and pre‑stressed concrete manufacturing. We’re looking for hardworking individuals ready to jump into a fast‑paced, hands‑on production environment and grow their careers. Position Overview Precasters assemble metal forms and support the full manufacturing process for precast concrete products such as slabs, stairs, beams, tanks, vaults, and custom components. This is a physically demanding, industrial role involving form setup, concrete pouring, finishing, stripping, and general production work. Key Responsibilities • Assemble and prepare metal forms for concrete pours, • Clean, inspect, and set up molds to meet quality standards, • Pour, level, and finish concrete using proper tools and techniques, • Climb in and out of narrow 5–6 ft forms throughout the shift, • Strip forms after curing and handle finished products safely, • Use hand tools, power tools, and concrete finishing tools, • Follow production schedules and meet daily targets, • Maintain a clean, organized work area, • Work as part of a 5–10 person crew in a busy shop environment, • Lift up to 60 lbs regularly, • Comfortable with climbing, kneeling, crouching, and standing for long periods, • Read a tape measure to 1/16", • Skilled with hand and power tools, • Concrete finishing, • Construction, precast, or industrial labor, • Blueprint reading, • Carpentry or form‑building, • Overhead crane operation, • 100% employer‑paid health benefits, • 401k with 6% company match, • Stable, long‑standing company with a strong reputation, • Clean, organized shop with a supportive, drama‑free culture, • Holiday bonuses, gifts, and employee recognition, • Clear promotion path with four advancement levels Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
