Job Description Job Description The Building Maintenance staff are responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining, repairing and installing building wiring and assisting with the repair or replacement of associated building machinery, equipment, and general facilities maintenance duties. Qualifications • Must have strong electrical installation and repair experience, prefer a journeyman level craftsman with licensing, • Previous experience in light construction work and HVAC desired, • Must be able to follow instruction, • Must be able to install electrical in compliance with the NEC, • The ability to perform work involving power tools, ladders, and other equipment as needed, • Ability to organize work flow on a daily basis is required, • Manual dexterity and ability to operate equipment, and understand proper use of various power equipment and tools, • Ability to work with little supervision, • Self-motivated to ensure building and surroundings are attractive, clean, and well functioning, • Positive attitude; takes pride and ownership in job, • Medical, dental, vision insurance available after 30 days of employment.
