An organic sourdough bakery in Madison is seeking a talented and passionate Pastry Chef/Baker to join our night/early team. Responsibilities include: Preparing and baking a wide range of Laminated pastries, breads, and sourdough bakery items. Creating and developing new recipes and seasonal menu items Maintaining consistency, quality, and presentation standards Working efficiently in a fast-paced bakery environment Qualifications: Proven experience as a pastry chef or baker Strong skills in lamination, baking, breads, culinary degree preferred. Creativity and ability to develop original recipes Sourdough passion and experience with starter, bulk fermentation, entire process of sourdough bread, production, etc. Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work full-time What We Offer: Full-time, stable position Opportunity to be creative and contribute to menu development If you’re passionate about pastry and sourdough bread and ready to bring your skills to a thriving bakery, we’d love to hear from you!
