Austin
Skybridge Luxury Associates has partnered with a luxury resort in Austin, Texas to conduct a confidential search for a Pastry Chef. This is not a role for someone looking to maintain a program. That means overseeing plated desserts, viennoiserie, artisan bread programs, chocolate and sugar work, and large-scale banquet production without ever letting quality slip under pressure. The Pastry Chef will develop and execute seasonal menus that reflect both technical excellence and a genuine sense of place, working in close collaboration with the Executive Chef and food and beverage leadership. Team development is central to this position. The right candidate builds people up and raises the standard around them.
