Job DescriptionCORE RESPONSIBILITIES The Growth & Performance Marketing Lead is a critical force multiplier for Kammok & CLIQ brands– responsible for turning brand vision into efficient, high-performing marketing execution. This role exists to maximize agency effectiveness, growing contribution margin through marketing initiatives, and ensure that creative content converts. You are a strategist, analyst, and executor – equally comfortable setting direction, diving into data, and rolling up your sleeves to make things happen. You translate ideas into action, content into campaigns, and insights into growth. You will help steward Kammok & CLIQ brands across all customer touchpoints while building systems, measurement, and momentum that allow the marketing function to scale intelligently. between brand, performance, creative, and agency partners, • Translate business goals into actionable marketing plans that drive efficient growth, • Own key performance metrics including CAC, conversion, ROAS, engagement, and funnel performance, • Build dashboards, reporting rhythms, and insight summaries that inform decision-making, • Identify inefficiencies across channels and partners and proactively optimize spend and executionAgency & Channel Execution, • Manage and maximize agency output across paid media, email/SMS, and creative execution, • Ensure agencies are aligned with Kammok’s brand voice, priorities, and performance expectations, • Act as a strong internal owner who can brief, refine, approve, and deploy work quickly, • Balance agency leverage with in-house execution to keep the team lean and effectiveBrand Content & Campaign Activation, • Lead execution of select brand content shoots in partnership with Creative, • Planning, logistics, talent coordination, and on-site execution, • Help translate creative assets into high-performing campaigns across DTC, email, social, and retail support, • Ensure content is not just beautiful – but purposeful, timely, and conversion-aware, • Support storytelling that builds long-term brand equity while driving near-term results, • Manage and execute organic social media campaigns, and customer engagement, • Recruit, manage and support content creators, brand ambassadors, and affiliate marketingDigital & DTC Support, • Partner on ownership of Kammok.com & cliqproducts.com performance, including merchandising, campaigns, and testing, • Support A/B testing, CRO initiatives, and customer journey improvements, • Work closely with CX to ensure post-purchase experience supports loyalty, retention, and advocacyCross-Functional Leadership, • Partner with Product, CX, Sales, and Operations to ensure marketing supports the full business, • Capture and share customer insights that inform authenticity, and customer trust, • A fun human – serious about results, not about ego WHAT YOU WILL OWN • Blended CAC, • Paid media efficiency (Meta first, Amazon & others later), • Funnel conversion rates, • Contribution margin by channel You will: • Own weekly performance reporting, • Build and maintain a simple, ruthless growth dashboard, • Decide where to scale spend and where to cut, • Diagnose whether issues are due to creative, media buying, or conversion • Own the relationship with performance agencies, • Set clear production and performance SLAs (e.g. ad volume, testing cadence), • Hold agencies accountable to results, not activity, • Decide when to replace agencies and when to consolidate You are expected to know: • How to decrease CAC 20%, • What “good” looks like at different spend levels, • When ROAS targets should flex vs. hold, • How to scale without blowing out CAC • Partner with Creative to ensure content is created efficiently & for performance, • Translate brand assets into ads, emails, and site experiences that convert, • Help plan quarterly content shoots & weekly ad production with clear performance briefs, • Ensure assets are reused intelligently across channels • Ensure email/SMS meaningfully improves blended CAC, • Prioritize the highest-ROI flows and campaigns, • Partner with CX to improve post-purchase experience and repeat rate, • Support structured CRO testing (not random experiments) • Retail and fleet sales with performance-informed assets, • Clear, trusted performance dashboard in place, • Honest assessment of agency effectiveness, • Defined CAC targets by channel, • A working ad production + testing cadence, • 10% CAC reduction while maintaining spend In the first 6–12 months: • 20% CAC reduction while scaling spend, • Improved contribution margin from DtC channel, • Marketing function that feels calm, predictable, and disciplined WHO THIS ROLE IS FOR You likely: • Have owned $1M–$5M+ annual paid media budgets, • Have scaled Meta profitably for a hardgoods or DTC brand, • Are comfortable being the single point of accountability, • Are analytically sharp but not allergic to creative, • Prefer leverage over headcount WHO THIS ROLE IS NOT FOR • Pure brand marketers without CAC accountability, • Agency-only operators who don’t own outcomes, • People expecting to build a large team quickly, • 2–5+ years in growth, performance, or DTC marketing, • Deep hands-on experience with Meta, GA, Shopify, Amazon, • Proven ability to manage and pressure-test agencies, • Comfort operating with margin and inventory constraints, • Analytical who loves spreadsheets and aced their Probability & Statistics class, • Strong written and verbal communicator, • Competitive compensation based on experience,
