Job Description Westchester community hospital seeks Director of Nursing, Surgical Services to provide strategic and operational leadership for all perioperative nursing activities, ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality, and patient-centered care. This role oversees the Operating Room and related surgical areas, driving excellence in clinical outcomes, staff engagement, and operational efficiency in alignment with the hospital's mission, vision, and values.
