Qualifications * Current NYS Nurse Practitioner license (Pediatric NP or Family NP). * Minimum of 2–3 years of pediatric experience, preferably with critical care, acute care, or medically complex patients. * Strong assessment and clinical decision-making skills. * Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care. * Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
