As the Respite Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in individuals' lives, making a significant impact through: • Provide ongoing and/or crisis respite services to caseload of 12-14 children and their families., • Provide proper personal care, and supervision for assigned children., • Work collaboratively with the Respite Facilitator, the family and other respite providers to plan, implement and update each family’s respite plan., • Plan and implement a well-balanced and flexible program of activities for the child while in their care., • Communicate with child’s parents concerning needs and current situation of the child who is their care.
