Requirements * Education: Associate's degree in Marketing or Business is required; Bachelor's degree is preferred. * Experience: 1–2 years of relevant professional experience in content creation and social media management in a small or medium business is preferred. * Platform Expertise: Good knowledge of major social media platforms and their best practices. * Communication: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. * Content Experience: Proven experience with content creation (photo and video). * Content Editing Skills: Basic understanding of video editing software (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro) and graphic design tools (e.g., Canva), with a strong willingness to learn and grow. * FAA Part 107 Certification: Holding or willingness to obtain an FAA Part 107 license for commercial drone operation (training and certification expenses will be covered by the company). * Creative Vision: Ability to conceptualize and execute visually compelling content that resonates with our target audience. * Trend Savvy: A deep understanding of current trends and a genuine passion for digital marketing and content.
