Job Description GENERAL NATURE OF POSITION: The Residential Worker is responsible for carrying out the day-to-day function in the house. This includes securing the well-being and safety of the residents. Responsibilities also include keeping up with maintenance and repairs of the house, the vehicle, appliances, and equipment. That includes assisting with all personal hygiene tasks, dressing, preparing breakfast and cleaning up afterwards. (9am-3pm) During this shift the House Manager is considered on call, however remaining on the premises is typically not necessary.
