The Cannabis Philosophy is a manufacturer of a full line of products. We are seeking a dedicated and organized Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, be proficient in office management tasks, and have an upbeat and positive personality. This role involves supporting daily operations, managing front desk responsibilities, and ensuring smooth communication within the office. The Administrative Assistant will play a key role in maintaining an efficient work environment and providing exceptional service to clients and staff. Responsibilities Utilize computer literacy to create documents, spreadsheets, and presentations as required. Assist in maintaining inventory of office supplies and ordering when necessary. Greet visitors and manage front desk operations with professionalism and courtesy. Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence with excellent phone etiquette. Maintain organized filing systems and assist with clerical duties as needed. Support office management tasks including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings. Provide support to staff when applicable, enhancing communication across diverse populations. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and address any administrative needs. Requirements Proficient in computer applications including Quick Books, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail. Cannabis business experience is a plus. Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with clients and colleagues. Experience in office management practices is a plus. Brand ambassador / Party Bus Manager

The Cannabis Philosophy is Rolling out our party bus to all cannabis dispensaries throughout NJ this summer. We are looking for a brand ambassador to represent our brand by talking about our products and also giving people samples from our brand new party bus. We will be meeting at different dispensaries in the mornings, and then will be locating at different locations throughout NJ daily. Must be 21 or over, have your own car, and any cannabis familiarity is definitely a plus.
