The Senior Manager, Paid Media will play a critical role in driving customer acquisition and revenue growth across Marc Fisher’s portfolio of eCommerce brands. This is a highly tactical, hands-on role responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing full-funnel paid media campaigns across channels including search, social, display, video, and affiliate. Working in close partnership with the eCommerce, performance marketing, and creative teams, this role ensures campaigns are effective, efficient, and aligned with brand and business goals. The ideal candidate is data-driven, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple campaigns at once in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. This role reports to the Director of Ecommerce Marketing and will be based out of our New York City office, currently on a hybrid schedule – 3 days in office/2 days remote. Key Responsibilities: • Serve as the tactical point of contact for our paid media agency, holding them accountable for KPIs through daily performance audits, strategic steering, and rigorous budget management., • Deep-dive into attribution modeling, MMM (Marketing Mix Modeling), iROAS and LTV/CAC ratios to provide a holistic view of marketing efficiency. Key Responsibilities Under the supervision of the Library Manager, the Young Adult Librarian: • Provides reference service and resource recommendations using print, media and digital resources, • Collaborates with the Youth Educational Services Department to develop, promote facilitate, and evaluate innovative programs to meet the expressed and anticipated needs of the community’s young adult population including reading clubs, homework help, instructional workshops, STEM and literacy programs, gaming, summer reading events, maker programs and a variety of other programs both in the Library and throughout the community, • Partners with the collection development team to build and maintain the Young Adult collection ensuring it is diverse, current, and relevant and meets the needs of the community, • Works to engage young adults with the collection in ways that allow them to follow their interests and discover new ones, • Conducts outreach to and develops partnerships with community based organizations, schools and local businesses to promote the library’s services (e.g. MyLibraryNYC, the Library’s partnership with NYC schools), programs and collections with a focus on young adults, • Encourages digital literacy and provides age-appropriate technology instruction to young adults, • Develops and maintains the layout and appearance of the young adult space, ensuring a safe and inviting area filled with relevant resources, • Facilitates the work and activities of teen volunteers and teen advisory councils, • Develops and maintains content for social media platforms such as Library blogs, Facebook, Twitter, Tumblr and Pinterest, • Mentors library staff in preparing and presenting young adult programs, • Assists with circulation, fines & fees management, reserves and opening/closing procedures, • May take responsibility for the facility, staff and operations in the absence of the Library Manager, • Maintains a working knowledge of trends in young adult literature, educational and development needs, youth services and the profession through webinars, internal training, meetings, conferences, professional literature and organizational memberships, • Performs related duties as required Required Education, Experience & SkillsRequired Education & Experience • ALA accredited Master’s degree in Library and Information Studies, • Strong commitment to public service and the ability to work well with a diverse patronage, • Experience creating and conducting a variety of innovative programs for Young Adults, • Knowledge and appreciation of Young Adult literature, audiovisual materials, computer resources, and other materials that constitute a balanced, relevant youth collection, • Experience developing, maintaining and marketing Young Adult collections, • Experience building partnerships with local organizations and schools to better meet the needs of community users, • Demonstrated interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills, • Successfully demonstrated ability to work as part of a team, • Strong organization and planning skills, including the ability to perform multiple projects or tasks simultaneously, • Strong computer and other related technology skills, including MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Google applications, PCs, Macs and e-reader devices, • Demonstrated knowledge of computer services including online searching, social media, reference resources and databases Preferred Qualifications • Knowledge of emerging library technologies, service and programming trends for young adults in urban public libraries preferred, • Be Helpful to patrons and colleagues, • Be Resourceful in solving problems, • Be Curious in all aspects of your workPhysical Duties, • Lifting up to 15 lbs., • Sitting and standing for periods of time Union Local 1930 FLSA Status Exempt/Non-Exempt Schedule • 35 hours per week to be scheduled during regular branch hours

This role is responsible for managing day-to-day social activity, fostering meaningful community engagement, and supporting social-first content execution that builds brand awareness, drives engagement, and supports overall marketing objectives. This position requires a highly organized, detail-oriented professional with strong communication skills, a solid understanding of social media best practices, and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams in a fast-paced retail environment. RESPONSIBILITIES • Support the VP of Marketing in developing and executing social media strategies across key platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, and emerging channels., • Manage day-to-day social media operations, including content scheduling, publishing, moderation, and community engagement for Laundry by Shelli Segal and Rafaella., • Maintain organization across workflows, approvals, asset management, and reporting using project management and social media management tools., • Create and manage project timelines and track through all stages of development - from briefing to production and final delivery; maintaining/adjusting workflow as needed and keeping all relevant parties abreast of the status, • Build and maintain detailed social content calendars aligned with seasonal campaigns, product launches, retail moments, licensing initiatives, and broader brand priorities., • Partner closely with Design, E-commerce, Merchandising, PR, and Licensing teams to ensure social content aligns with marketing objectives and established brand guidelines., • Assist in briefing, coordinating, and executing social-first content creation, including short-form video, static assets, stories, and reels., • Manage community engagement by responding to comments and direct messages in a timely, informative, and brand-appropriate voice., • Identify, source, and manage high-quality user-generated content and community storytelling opportunities., • Support influencer and creator initiatives, including product seeding, content tracking, and campaign documentation., • Monitor social media performance and assist in reporting on engagement, reach, growth, and campaign results., • Analyze social trends, community sentiment, and competitive activity to inform content and engagement strategies., • Strong understanding of social media platforms, content formats, and platform-specific best practices., • Experience with project management processes or tools to maintain a clear overview of multiple concurrent social, marketing and content initiatives., • Excellent written communication skills with the ability to adapt tone and voice across multiple brands., • Experience managing brand social media accounts and engaging online communities., • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously., • Ability to interpret social media performance metrics and translate insights into actionable recommendations., • Creative eye for social-first storytelling and visual content., • Proficiency with social media and content tools such as Instagram, TikTok, CapCut, Adobe Express, Final Cut Pro and scheduling platforms., • Familiarity with social media management and analytics tools, including Emplifi., • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field., • 2-3 years of experience in social media marketing, community management, or digital marketing, preferably within fashion, lifestyle, or consumer brands., • Demonstrated experience supporting content creation, campaign execution, and community engagement., • Familiarity with retail, licensing, and brand positioning preferred.
