Reporting to the Associate Director of Engineering, Complex Care, you will lead a team responsible in building the tools and workflows that power Spring Health's workplace mental health services, ranging from employee support and manager consultations to crisis response and return-to-work guidance. You'll partner with product, design, clinical leaders, data science, and AI/ML platform teams to create safe, measurable, and delightful end-to-end care experiences for members, providers and employer partners.
