POSITION SUMMARY: Reporting to the Director of Arts & Organizing and working closely with the Associate Executive Director of Programming, the Liberation Program (LP) Coordinator provides daily hands-on leadership and support for the Liberation Program, members and facilitators. The LP Coordinator is a vital link between Directors and the frontline staff of the organization. The LP Coordinator is responsible for managing and ensuring the success of the Liberation Program, and working collectively with other Coordinators and Directors to support the organizations overall programmatic vision. Compensation: Our compensation package consists of three components: (i) a base salary, (ii) incentive cash compensation tied directly to revenue you generate, and (iii) generous equity compensation that vests over time. An employee in this role who meets their targets will earn $500,000 in combined cash compensation (base and incentive), with a structure that offers the ability to earn significantly in excess of that for exceeding targets.
