The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in corrugated packaging, strong leadership capabilities, and a continuous improvement mindset. Key Responsibilities: • Own the Quality Management System (QMS) for the plant, ensuring compliance with internal and customer-specific standards, • Lead a team of quality technicians and oversee daily quality control operations across all production shifts, • Manage non-conformance reporting, root cause analysis, and corrective/preventive action (CAPA) processes, • Interface directly with key customers to resolve quality concerns and ensure long-term satisfaction, • Drive continuous improvement initiatives in product quality, waste reduction, and line efficiency, • Lead audits (internal and external) and maintain documentation and reporting for regulatory and customer requirements, • Corrugated packaging or converting experience – required, • 5+ years in a quality leadership role within a manufacturing environment, • Strong understanding of QMS, CAPA, SPC, and ISO or customer-driven standards, • Demonstrated success leading and developing quality teams, • Proficient in quality tools (Pareto, 5 Why, FMEA, Control Plans), • Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset, • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, or related field preferred but not required Interested in hearing more?
