Summary of Key Responsibilities Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following: * Hire, train, develop and coach hourly team members * Facilitate ongoing training and development of the team to build a bench for future managers * Foster Bango’s culture keep it strong and personified by the team * Maintain timely and accurate schedules that ensures appropriate staffing * Ensure every guest has a memorable experience * Deliver high quality, attractive food made according to Bango Bowls standards * Monitor and controls daily food cost * Follow proper sanitation and cleanliness standards in the restaurant to fulfill health requirements * Review and analyze financial data weekly to initiate the necessary actions to increase sales and profits * Responsible for driving local store marketing, fundraising efforts and overall community involvement * Manage inventory and ordering processes to ensure an adequate level of product and supplies * Follow all cash handling procedures to minimize all cash shortages and ensure that daily bank deposits are completed * Foster a safe work environment by following safety guidelines * Maintain proper employee records and documentation per company standards and federal, state and local ordinances

Job Description Now Serving These Benefits: • Paid vacation and sick time, • Weekly pay through direct deposit, • Shift meal stipend and off-duty discounts for you and your family, • An energetic, collaborative, and positive work environment, • A thorough 4-week training and development program, • Weekly 1-on-1s with a member of our operations team where you will review the performance of the store, your team, and yourself Day in the Life: (includes, but is not limited to), • Let’s get our hands dirty: Work side by side with the team frying chicken, greeting guests, and modeling Wings Over standards, values, and behaviors, • Manages with integrity, honesty, and knowledge that promotes the culture, values, and mission of Wings Over, • Monitors and manages store staffing levels, recruiting, and hiring using scheduling, coaching, and hands-on management to achieve operational excellence, • Analyzes reports such as COGs, inventory, and labor to identify and address trends and issues affecting in-store performance, • Ensures food safety by leading disciplined execution in FOH and BOH, following health, safety, and sanitation guidelines, • Serves a consistent product and service by providing proper team training and giving regular feedback, • Resolves conflicts promptly in a thoughtful, empathetic, and fair manner, • Participates in the community by identifying partnerships, joining community events, and engaging our neighbors, • Other related duties as assignedWhat You Bring to the Table:, • Two (2) years of management experience, • Three (3) years of food service experience (line-level or management); At least one (1) of those years in fast-casual/QSR, • Serv-Safe/equivlent Certified, • Flexible schedule- available nights, holidays, and weekends, • Passionate about food and guest service, • Able to manage store operations independently, • Able to communicate clearly and concisely, • Able to appropriately handle confidential/sensitive information, • Proactive in identifying problems and implementing solutions, • Inspired to drive the growth of your team members and yourself, • Calm and collected in moments of pressure, • Flexible and open-minded: able to propose changes and implement new programs introduced by others or created in-house, • Able to lift 50 pounds and can stand for prolonged periods of time, • Valid driver’s license and current insurance For over 20 years, Wings Over has served the best crispy chicken wings and hand-breaded tenders.
