For more details see the “About Us” section., • Base Range $20.00 - $40.00 Essential Functions & Primary Duties, • Assist with ongoing audit methodology updates, documentation, and research projects, • Support monitoring and compliance efforts by gathering, organizing, and analyzing data, • Help prepare meeting materials and take minutes for key team meetings, • Respond to inquiries and provide administrative support to the NAO team, • Participate in firmwide training sessions and process improvement initiatives, • Contribute to internal communications, including drafting content for newsletters and reports, • Collaborate with industry leaders and subject matter experts on special projects, • Shadow team members and gain exposure to multiple functions within the National Attest Office Preferred Qualifications, • Pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, • Interest in audit, compliance, and professional standards, • Proactive, curious, and eager to learn new skills, • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work collaboratively in a team environment, • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with audit or workflow software a plus, • Active participation in student organizations or work experience in accounting, cybersecurity, or a related field is a plus, but not required Minimum Qualifications, • Working towards a Bachelor's degree, • Excellent interpersonal, analytical, research and project management skills, • Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of the organization, both internally and externally, • Ability to multi-task, think independently and problem solve in a results driven team oriented environmentStrong verbal and written communications skills CBIZ strives to be our team members' employer of choice by creating an environment where team members are appreciated, recognized for their contributions, and provided with opportunities to grow, both personally and professionally, throughout their careers.
