Starting Pay: $18 - $20/per hour, plus stipends for travel! Do you have experience in construction? Must be able to perform job specific instruction provided by Superintendents, Blasting Supervisor or Drill Operators. Individuals must be safety-minded and able to work well outdoors in varying weather environments. Out of town/state travel and overtime may be required. Responsibilities: • Must adhere to Company Safety procedures and policies, • Physical agility, • Submit the following records to Blaster/Foreman on a Weekly basis: Accurate and Signed Time Card, • Ability to quickly learn safety aspects of working construction sites and working around explosives, • Ability to take direction and perform construction laboring activities, • Ability to work unsupervised occasionally, • Pump blast holes dry with water pump, • Load and unload explosives from truck, • Carry buckets of stemming stone to stem blast holes, • Maintain clean and organize job site, • Other duties as assigned, • Attend all meetings, • Participate in monthly Foreman, periodic safety and job meetings as needed Ability to perform essential functions of the position Position requires proficiency to work at a steady pace on uneven and loose surfaces outside Ability to lift up to 100 lbs occasionally, 5% of time Ability to lift 50lbs, 50% of the time Stooping and bending 60 – 70% of the time Qualifications Valid Drivers License with good driving record and own transportation (out of town/state travel required) Must successfully pass ATF screenings Experience with construction labor and heavy equipment preferred Ability to learn and develop skills to later perform higher level task

Job Description RESPONSIBILITIES: * FABRICATION: Read plans and create cut lists, work precisely and accurately. Attention to detail and delivery of excellent finished products. * INSTALLATION: Understanding of cabinet installation layouts and creative problem solving. Includes deliveries of projects and maintaining a clean job site. Have a professional attitude and respect for clients' homes and privacy. * FINISHING: Maintain a clean and organized finishing room. Ability to work with wipe on and sprayed finishes. Experience with HVLP and air assisted air pump spray systems is a bonus. * SHOP STUFF: Participation in keeping a safe and clean work environment, and maintenance of woodshop tools. Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds (let’s be honest it’s often more!) Track project hours and assist with shop organization. QUALIFICATIONS: * Minimum of 3 years experience working in a woodshop setting. Woodworking education is preferred but not necessary. * Experienced and comfortable with table saw, jointer, planer, and other shop tools * Cabinetry construction and installation experience is a must * Self motivated to complete tasks on your own, but flexible to work in conjunction with owners and staff. Able to take direction and willingness to learn new processes. * Good communication skills * An active interest in design and in joining a creative small business * Ability to read shop plans and an understanding of Sketchup is a bonus. * You are smart, creative, a problem solver, have a strong work ethic and a sense of humor!
