Job DescriptionPosition Overview Charitybuzz is seeking a Presales Account Coordinator to manage the operational aspects of our pre-sale activities, supporting our Account Managers in their interactions with clients, and ensuring a seamless experience throughout the pre-sale process. This role follows a hybrid schedule, requiring onsite presence four days a week at our vibrant New York City office. About the Role The Presales Account Coordinator will work closely with internal and external stakeholders including the Inventory Acquisition Team and Post Sales Services Team. Responsibilities include supporting auctions and campaigns, managing client communication and catalog creation, overseeing consignment processes, assisting bidders, maintaining CRM data, and generating reports. The role emphasizes organization, communication, and process improvement. Responsibilities • Presales Support: Work closely with account managers to understand objectives and requirements for each auction or campaign, providing operational support and guidance., • Client Communication: Serve as a primary contact for clients, respond to inquiries, and facilitate the consignment process., • Catalog Management: Coordinate creation and production of auction catalogs or campaigns, ensuring accuracy and branding standards., • Consignment Management: Oversee inventory tracking, condition reporting, and documentation., • Bidder Activity: Assist with bidder registration, auction procedures, and live lot questions., • Database Management: Maintain accurate client and consignment records in CRM., • Process Improvement: Streamline pre-sales operations and implement best practices., • Collaboration: Work with internal teams to ensure messaging coherence., • Reporting and Analysis: Generate reports on presales activities and provide insights.Requirements & Qualifications, • Minimum 2 years of professional experience., • Local to NYC area (hybrid work environment with 4 days in office)., • Generalized prior experience with project management and/or sales support., • Highly organized, capable of prioritizing multiple tasks., • Proficient in Microsoft Suite and Google Suite., • Strong written communication skills.Compensation & Benefits, • Salary: $50,000–$55,000/year, • Potential for an annual bonus, • Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, • Employer-paid short- and long-term disability coverage, • Flexible Spending Accounts, Health Savings Account, • Commuter reimbursement, • 401(k) with employer match, • Generous Paid Time Off, • Employee Assistance Program, • Recognition platformWork Schedule, • Hybrid work schedule
