Depending on your experience and shift, you’ll rotate through different stations including: • Grill, • Prep, • Line, • Cashier, • FOH, • Closing & Opening Operations Whether you’re opening the restaurant in the morning or closing late at night, you’ll help deliver great food and outstanding service while maintaining Taco Tek’s standards for quality, cleanliness, speed, and hospitality. No two shifts are exactly alike, giving you the opportunity to learn new skills and grow into leadership positions. WHAT YOU’LL DO Every shift starts with one goal: Deliver an exceptional guest experience. Responsibilities may include: Guest Experience • Welcome every guest with a positive attitude., • Prepare customized orders accurately and efficiently., • Deliver friendly, fast, and genuine customer service., • Resolve guest concerns professionally., • Maintain a clean and inviting dining room. Food Preparation • Prepare fresh ingredients daily., • Grill meats and vegetables., • Fry chips, fries, quesadillas, and other menu items., • Assemble burritos, bowls, tacos, nachos, salads, and other made-to-order meals., • Follow recipes and portion standards., • Ensure food quality and presentation meet Taco Tek standards. Restaurant Operations • Stock and replenish ingredients throughout the shift., • Rotate inventory using FIFO procedures., • Monitor food quality and freshness., • Complete prep work throughout the day., • Follow all food safety and sanitation standards., • Complete temperature logs and required checklists. Teamwork • Support teammates during busy periods., • Communicate clearly between front and back of house., • Help train new Crew Members., • Maintain a positive, respectful work environment. MORNING SHIFT RESPONSIBILITIES Morning Crew Members help prepare the restaurant for a successful day by: • Opening kitchen and dining areas, • Preparing fresh ingredients, • Cooking proteins and sides, • Stocking stations, • Receiving deliveries, • Organizing inventory, • Preparing online order stations, • Ensuring the restaurant is ready before opening NIGHT & CLOSING SHIFT RESPONSIBILITIES Closing Crew Members help finish the day strong by: • Serving late-night guests with the same quality and hospitality, • Keeping stations stocked until closing, • Breaking down kitchen equipment, • Cleaning grills, fryers, prep stations, and dining areas, • Properly storing food, • Completing nightly prep, • Washing dishes and utensils, • Completing closing checklists, • Leaving the restaurant clean, organized, and ready for the next day’s team WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE TABLE We’re looking for people who are: • Reliable and punctual, • Positive and hardworking, • Team-oriented, • Friendly and guest-focused, • Willing to learn, • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, • Passionate about fresh food and hospitality Qualifications: • Restaurant or customer service experience preferred, but not required., • Strong communication skills., • Ability to stand for long periods., • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds., • Comfortable working around hot equipment., • Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays., • Must meet minimum hiring age requirements., • 21+ preferred for certain positions.
