The ability to work together with our hard working team. Follow food safety guidelines and regulations. Ability to stay calm under pressure and maintain a calm work environment. Age Requirement: Must be 18 years or older Job requirements: Cook, prep, wash dishes, sweep & mop, sanitize. Everyone shares multiple duties. Set up stations and collect all necessary supplies to prepare the menu for service Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner Follow recipes and presentation specifications Arrange sauces and supplementary Ability to carry 15 to 25 lbs if necessary Restock items as needed throughout the shift Restaurant Experience 1-2 years Preferred Must be able to work days and/or evenings.
