We’re growing fast, and we’re looking for a seasoned Sales Executive in Enterprise Accounts to help take our national partnerships to the next level. As our Sales Executive, Enterprise Accounts, you'll be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing strategic relationships with multi-site, regional, and enterprise-level customers across the U.S. This is a high-impact, senior-level sales role best suited for a consultative, relationship-driven professional who thrives in long sales cycles and complex stakeholder environments. Primary Responsibilities • Identify, develop, and close enterprise-level sales opportunities across key national and strategic accounts., • Create and manage long-term relationships with decision-makers at multiple levels, including C-suite, security leadership, operations, and procurement teams., • Strategically manage large, complex sales cycles that often involve custom scopes of work, legal negotiation, and executive-level approvals., • Lead and execute account planning efforts, including penetration strategies, sales forecasting, and pipeline development in collaboration with internal teams., • Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, ongoing value delivery, and identification of expansion opportunities., • Develop customized proposals, scopes of work, and pricing strategies that align with client objectives and EyeQ’s solution offerings., • Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, marketing, implementation, and customer success teams to ensure seamless onboarding and high client retention., • Represent EyeQ Monitoring at industry trade shows, national conferences, association meetings, and client events., • Maintain accurate records of account activity, contract status, and forecasting in the CRM system., • Provide ongoing market and competitive intelligence to the leadership team to inform strategy., • 5+ years of experience in enterprise, national account, or strategic B2B sales—preferably within the security, technology, or services sectors., • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a consultative selling environment with complex buying cycles., • Deep understanding of the commercial security industry, including remote video monitoring, surveillance technologies, and integrated systems., • Strong executive presence with exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills., • Experience managing RFPs, legal/contractual negotiations, and cross-site implementation plans., • Highly skilled at building long-term strategic relationships and navigating matrixed organizations., • Strong analytical and business planning skills., • Must be self-directed, results-oriented, and thrive in a performance-driven environment., • Able to travel frequently (30%+), including by air, and attend client sites nationwide., • Must possess a valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and pass standard background and drug screening., • Prior sales experience in video surveillance, security integration, or enterprise technology solutions., • Familiarity with physical security risk management, remote video monitoring, and analytics-based solutions., • Active involvement in national associations (e.g., ASIS, BOMA, ICSC, or NAIOP)., • Experience working with national accounts in verticals such as logistics, retail, cannabis, automotive, utilities, or critical infrastructure.
