RESPONSIBILITIES: • Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information., • Assist customers with policy changes and updates., • Support the sales team with administrative tasks., • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.QUALIFICATIONS:, • Communication and interpersonal skills., • Detail-oriented and able to multitask., • Previous customer service experience preferred., • Property/Casualty license (must be able to obtain, current licensees preferred)., • Must be able to work the following schedule: Monday-Friday, 9am-1pm
