Department/Unit Summary Join our Med Surg/Telemetry team, where we provide compassionate care. You'll work alongside a dedicated team of RNs, LPNs, CMAs, CNAs, and Monitor Techs, with a supportive nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:5 to 1:6, you will play a crucial role in assessing patient needs, administering treatments, and ensuring patient comfort and safety. How you'll contribute The New Grad assumes responsibility and accountability for a group of patients for a designated time frame under the direct supervision of an RN. The Graduate Nurse provides care to his/her assigned patients utilizing the nursing process while coordinating care with other health care team members. The Graduate Nurse provides service to patients throughout the life span including newborns, children, adolescents, adults and geriatric age groups. About the Position: During a visit that can last up to one hour, Matrix providers review and observe a member’s current health, medical history, medication adherence, social environment and other risks. Compensation range is based on availability and assessment completion.
