Key Responsibilities: Resident Support: Assist residents with daily needs, including meal preparation, personal hygiene, and transportation. Safety and Security: Monitor the shelter to ensure a safe environment utilizing CCTV, addressing any issues promptly. Program Assistance: Support the implementation of shelter programs and activities aimed at resident development. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of resident interactions and progress.
