What You’ll Do • Maintain fast and consistent turnaround times while keeping production flowing., • Champion quality: Execute QC tasks, instrument calibrations, and routine maintenance to keep test systems performing flawlessly., • Solve real problems, fast: Troubleshoot issues impacting accuracy or results and escalate when needed to keep schedules on track., • Adapt on the fly: Shift seamlessly between priorities, schedule changes, and urgent test requests., • Follow with precision: Perform process-driven work and verify all outputs match strict procedural and compliance standards., • Collaborate and communicate: Participate in daily syncs, share end-of-shift updates, and work with the team to eliminate bottlenecks., • Lead with safety: Model safe work practices and influence others to maintain a high-safety environment., • Build and test hardware: Assemble and validate propulsion sub-systems using engineering drawings, test plans, and daily build goals.What You Bring, • Certification in aircraft powerplant, automotive tech, or related technical field, • Strong ability to interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and technical documentation., • Experience working with FOD/ESD‑sensitive components and clean-room‑type environments., • Familiarity with MES systems used in manufacturing., • Ability to pivot quickly in a high-demand, fast-moving production setting., • Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational skills., • Comfort lifting up to 50 lbs safely., • A detail‑driven, self‑starting mindset with minimal supervision needed.Preferred Experience, • High school diploma or equivalent., • 2+ years in aerospace or automotive production., • 2+ years hands-on hardware testing., • Experience using test equipment such as oscilloscopes, DMMs, power supplies, and DAQs., • Prior exposure to flight-hardware production in fast-paced environments., • Skilled with torque tools and precision measurement equipment., • Experience building or configuring testing racks., • Familiarity with automation tools like LabVIEW, TestStand, or Python., • 6:30 AM–5:00 PM (Manufacturing + Test) Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
