Job Summary: The Industrial Athletic Trainer will plan, coordinate, and supervise all components of a worksite injury management and health improvement program for employees. Unique skills of an Industrial Athletic Trainer include a focus on injury prevention and evaluation, ergonomic risk assessments and corrective action planning, OSHA emergency/first aid treatment, health education, and worksite health promotion and marketing activities. Position Responsibilities: • Perform comprehensive wellness assessments and ergonomic risk analyses, • Develop and implement site-specific wellness initiatives and programs, • Use innovative, creative solutions and employee empowerment to design and implement ergonomic interventions, • Provide first-aid treatment and management for musculoskeletal complaints including the use of ice, heat, wellness stretches, massage, tape techniques, and non-rigid bracing, • Provide orthopedic injury assessments. Job DescriptionBlue Seal Boiler Operator Responsible for the proper operation and maintenance of boilers and all associated equipment in the Boiler Room. To ensure all services and support-systems originating in the Boiler Room are functioning properly to provide a safe, healthy, and comfortable environment for staff and visitors. Stands shift on a 24/7 schedule, operating and maintaining 2 stationary 1700hp boilers, related equipment, and systems that supply steam and hot water. The Boiler Operator will operate, maintain, and repair boilers, related equipment and systems, and will maintain Boiler Room Log books as well as shift checklists. Responsible to observe, as well as promote, State mandated safety regulations at all times. Report equipment malfunctions in the shift log book as well as to the Chief Engineer. JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Keep current on all New Jersey Administrative Code updates, • Operate and monitor all boilers and support systems. Assure that boilers, support systems and related equipment are operating properly. Makes connections, adjustments and/or repairs as necessary., • Evaluate problems that may be encountered to determine their seriousness and corrects or reports to Chief Engineer.
