Job DescriptionLHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Credit Analyst to work for a great company in the Melville, NY area. This is a hybrid, full time position. Must live local to the Melville, Long Island area. Must be available to start immediately! Role Description The Credit Analyst researches, plans, and evaluates the effectiveness of processes, systems, procedures through detailed data review and analysis. The position operates under general instruction from management and exercises sound judgment in day-to-day matters. Key Responsibilities • Approve or disapprove credit extensions within pre-established guidelines for customers in the designated geographic region., • Analyze and report on write-off activity., • Collect past-due payments, ensuring fair, courteous, and prompt handling of collection matters to maintain accounts receivable turnover., • Collaborate with credit, sales, and other managers regarding customer account status and actions for delinquent accounts., • Monitor and communicate credit concerns to management. Minimum Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field (or equivalent experience)., • 2-4 years of relevant experience., • Previous experience collecting in a wholesale environment is required.27-28 dollars per hour (depending on experience) APPLY TODAY!
