We’re looking for a creative and strategic Social Media & Marketing Specialist to amplify our voice, engage our audience, and ensure our brand reflects our values. Position Summary As our Social Media & Marketing Specialist, you’ll manage our social media presence, keep our website fresh and engaging, create impactful marketing materials, and develop video content for YouTube. You’ll play a critical role in building community awareness while ensuring compliance with HIPAA and Title 22 regulations. What You’ll Do * Manage and grow our social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, etc.). * Develop and execute marketing strategies that boost brand awareness and community engagement. * Create and curate eye-catching content—graphics, videos, blogs, and promotional materials. * Maintain and update our website to ensure accessibility, accuracy, and user-friendliness. * Produce and edit engaging video content for YouTube. * Monitor social media trends, analytics, and audience insights to refine strategies. * Ensure all content complies with HIPAA and Title 22 regulations to protect client confidentiality. * Collaborate with teams to promote programs, services, and events. * Respond to online inquiries and interact with followers in a professional, positive manner. * Prepare performance reports and track key marketing metrics. * Stay ahead of emerging digital marketing tools and trends. What You Bring * 2+ years in social media management, marketing, or digital content creation (preferred). * Proficiency in platforms like WordPress (or similar CMS), Canva, Adobe Suite, and video editing tools (iMovie, Adobe Premiere, etc.). * Knowledge of HIPAA and Title 22 compliance—or willingness to learn. * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. * Strong analytical skills to measure and optimize campaigns. * Experience in healthcare, nonprofit, or substance abuse treatment industries is a plus. * Associate’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or equivalent experience preferred.
