We support remote work styles for anyone legally eligible to work in the U.S. Position Overview We are seeking a Director of Technical Operations to lead PartnerCentric's technical operations and solution engineering initiatives. In this hands-on, high-visibility role, you will partner with Sales and Client Services to design and deliver innovative, sustainable technology solutions, while managing the Technical Operations team through client onboarding, integrations, migrations, tracking, and ongoing enablement. You will also oversee advanced affiliate marketing operations, including program tracking, attribution, product feed management, and partner network integrations—directly driving client success, revenue growth, and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Solution Engineering & Sales Enablement • Support sales opportunities through sales engineering, technical consultation, and thought leadership., • Collaborate with Sales to deliver live demos, proof-of-concepts, RFP responses, and technical proposals., • Architect tailored solutions that leverage PartnerCentric technology and align with client business requirements., • Actively contribute to onboarding, integrations, and partner-to-client technical solutions while coaching, mentoring, and scaling the Technical Operations team to deliver with excellence., • Develop standardized processes, toolchains, and dashboards to ensure smooth onboarding, integration success, and operational efficiency., • Implement OKRs to track integration velocity, quality, client satisfaction, and team development., • Own technical setup and QA of affiliate program tracking across multiple platforms (e.g., Impact, Partnerize, CJ, ShareASale)., • Own technical setup and QA for influencer platforms, • Manage pixel implementations, postback integrations, tag containers, and UTM strategies., • Guide product feed setup, optimization, and error resolution across affiliate platforms and shopping channels., • Serve as primary technical liaison with client IT teams and product teams., • Troubleshoot and resolve integration, tracking, and data discrepancies., • Train internal teams on technical capabilities, affiliate marketing best practices, and troubleshooting protocols., • Monday: Review technical dashboards and pipeline data to ensure client services has accurate visibility. Partner with sales to prepare for the week's sales opportunities, providing sales engineering support and technical consultation., • Tuesday: Drive technology and affiliate network onboarding strategy for a new client, documenting integration steps and ensuring SOPs are up to date., • Wednesday: Lead a working session with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot system inefficiencies and identify opportunities for automation and workflow improvement., • Thursday: Support leadership in a prospect pitch by providing thought leadership and technical expertise—ensuring prospects understand the value of our integrations and scalability., • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Marketing, or related field., • 8+ years of experience in solution engineering, technical consulting, or technical operations leadership—ideally within SaaS, affiliate, or partner ecosystem environments., • Hands-on experience with APIs, SDKs, cloud platforms, identity-access management, and integration frameworks., • Deep understanding of affiliate tracking platforms, attribution modeling, GA4, product feeds, and reporting tools., • Sales Engineering Impact: % of qualified deals supported, demo-to-close conversion rate., • Integration Velocity: Average time from contract signature to go-live., • Affiliate Tracking Accuracy: On-time and error-free tracking implementations., • Client Satisfaction: NPS scores for onboarding and ongoing technical support., • Operational Efficiency: SLA attainment, integration success rate., • Team Development: Retention, skill advancement, and internal enablement effectiveness.Most Important Things (MITs), • Accelerate Time-to-Value: Streamline processes and tooling to onboard clients faster with zero critical issues., • Drive Technical Innovation: Evolve PartnerCentric's integration playbook, affiliate tracking, and attribution capabilities., • Enable Cross-Team Excellence: Foster seamless collaboration and knowledge transfer between Sales, Client Services, and Product.Benefits & Perks, • Competitive salary plus performance bonus ($80k–$150k+ depending on experience), • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance, • 401(k) plan with employer matching, • Flexible remote work with quarterly in-office collaboration, • Professional development stipend and training opportunities, • Generous PTO policy including Flex Days and company-wide holidays
