Yours alone, never shared.DO THE MATH, • 5 to 7% qualified in-home appointments per week, booked for you, • Uncapped comission paid on kitchen and bath projects, • Average kitchen ticket: $25,000 $100,000+ (refacing through full custom), • Average bath ticket: $20,000 $50,000+ (vanity refresh through full remodels), • Top reps produce $2M+ annually = $180,000+ in commission, • 60-day draw against commission while you ramp, • No seasonality kitchens and baths sell year-roundABOUT THE LEADS, • Pre-screened for project scope, budget, decision-maker presence, and timeline, • Exclusive to you no shared leads, no rotations, no internal competition, • Volume target: 5 per week, year-round, • 30+ year national franchise brand with a strong local reputation, • We sell in Glen Ridge, Montclair, West Orange, Livingston, Cedar Grove wider Essex County and surrounding affluent communitiesWHAT YOU'LL SELL, • Kitchens: refacing, redooring, painting, full custom kitchens, premium cabinetry, • Baths: vanity refresh, tub-to-shower conversions, full bath remodels, • Aging-in-place / accessibility: walk-in showers, grab bars, ADA-compliant layouts a fast-growing segment in Essex CountyWHAT YOU'LL DO, • Run 5 to 7 in-home consultations per week with qualified, pre-screened homeowners, • Present financing options, ask for the order, follow up until you close, • Hand off design specs to our in-house designers, who handle drawings and revisions, • Coordinate with the project manager on clean product orders, • Walk the job with our in-house installers before work starts and stay engaged through completion, • Build a referral pipeline with designers, contractors, builders, and real estate partners, • Hold a minimum 30% close rateWHAT WE REQUIRE, • In-home sales experience in kitchen & bath, remodeling, or comparable home improvement category required, • One-call-close mentality with proven track record, • Comfortable presenting and closing tickets from $20K to $100K+, • Strong negotiator, persistent follow-up, confident presenting financing, • Professional presence you'll be in clients' homes, • Reliable transportation, smartphone, basic computer skills, • Available days, with some evenings and weekend appointments, • Familiarity with design tools (20-20, ProKitchen, etc.) preferred but not required our designers handle the drawingsWHAT YOU GET, • 60-day draw against commission to support your ramp, • Uncapped commission on closed and installed projects, • In-house design team they draft, you sell, • In-house factory-trained installers clean work that earns you referrals, • Customer financing program (including 0% promotional options), • Qualified, exclusive leads never shared, • All sales tools and CRM provided, • Weekly coaching calls (3+ per month), • Mileage and expense reimbursement, • Your book is your book no splits, no rotations
