Your impact • Design and execute go-to-market and territory plans to meet aggressive growth goals., • Uncover opportunities through research, events, and targeted outreach., • Develop trusted relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders., • Present and negotiate solutions through polished presentations and proposals., • Analyze market and competitive signals to sharpen positioning and tactics., • Maintain clear reporting and forecasting for senior leadership., • Champion our brand at conferences, onsite visits, and industry forums. What makes you successful here, • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related; MBA is a plus., • 5+ years of business development or sales experience, ideally in manufacturing or industrial automation., • Proven achievement against sales targets and revenue objectives., • Exceptional communicator and negotiator with strong interpersonal savvy., • Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills., • Thrives both independently and within cross-functional teams in a fast-paced setting., • Fluent in CRM tools and Microsoft Office., • Comfortable traveling to meet clients and attend events.
