Job Description Budget Coordinator/CPG/finance 3939 36.00 an hour w2 contract + 5 PTO days 04/06/2026 to 12/31/2026 This role is hybrid - the candidate will need to be able to work 3 days onsite at the East Hanover office. Candidates with previous budgeting experience in the CPG industry are preferred - Excel experience, NEX suite, PO management are all great to haves. In this critical role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring the smooth and efficient management of Marketing & Sales (A&C) budgets for our innovative ventures. As our brands continue to grow and adapt, you'll be instrumental in supporting our commercial teams by streamlining financial operations and fostering effective collaboration. Key Responsibilities: Overall Management of Budgets • Responsible for overall management and reporting of Equity, Innovation, E-commerce, Insights and Commercial budgets, • Key point person for daily/ongoing questions on budget, • Responsible for BVA process at Month-End, inclusive of accrual inputs, budget reconciliations, and coordination of LE/rephasing amongst team., • Responsible for updating S&OP A&C forecast file following month end and communicating to Equity Director., • Support annual planning & JF/SF rephasing by proactively communicating milestones and deliverables to key stakeholders, facilitating timely task completion. Manage New Vendor Process • Lead New vendor process with vendor, • Open new PO, • Send PO to vendor, • Identify budget issues and escalate, • High collaboration with our Accounting Team & Genpac, • On-boarding New team members, • Build simple demos/trainings videos for new comers Minimum Education and Experience: • Bachelor’s Degree is preferred, • Minimum of 2 years of experience in finance/budgeting, • Ability to thrive in and handle ambiguity, • Analytic and critical thinking skills, • Solid business acumen, • Solid communication skills 3939 36.00 an hour w2 contract + 5 PTO days 04/06/2026 to 12/31/2026 This role is hybrid - the candidate will need to be able to work 3 days onsite at the East Hanover office.
