Job Description Position Overview We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven General Manager to lead our team and oversee all aspects of restaurant operations. This role offers a competitive annual salary of $59,000–$65,000, plus potential performance bonuses, with flexible time-off options. As General Manager, you will act as the operational leader of the restaurant, responsible for driving profitability, managing daily operations, inspiring a high-performing team, and ensuring guests consistently receive an exceptional dining experience. Key Responsibilities Operational Management • Oversee all day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring quality, efficiency, and guest satisfaction, • Manage inventory, control costs, and ensure proper stocking of all supplies, • Implement and maintain operational systems, policies, and procedures, • Recruit, train, and mentor staff to maintain high standards of performance, • Conduct performance reviews, provide coaching, and support employee growth, • Deliver a guest-first experience by ensuring top-quality service, • Address and resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally, • Monitor labor, food, and operational costs to optimize profitability, • Prepare budgets, track expenses, and analyze financial performance, • Collaborate with marketing teams to execute local promotions and events, • Manage weekly schedules to ensure proper staffing coverage while controlling labor costs, • Adapt staffing during peak periods and support operational flexibility Qualifications Experience • 3–5 years of restaurant management experience, ideally in fast-casual or quick-service, • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, • Financial acumen including budget management, P&L oversight, and cost control, • Ability to thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced environment, • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs, • ServSafe preferred Compensation & Benefits • Salary: $59,000–$65,000 annually, • Performance-based bonuses, • Flexible schedule with potential PTO during off-season, • 401(k) and health benefits, • Paid training and professional development, • Employee discounts
