The Opportunity: The One Medical Virtual Medical Team (VMT) is a leading provider of virtual clinical care, providing world-class, convenient, evidence-based virtual medical care to One Medical patients in concert with their primary care providers. As a TurboTax - Retail Expert, you will serve as a trusted advisor, empowering customers to achieve positive financial outcomes while supporting Intuit’s mission of “Powering Prosperity Around the World.” About the Role: In this role, you will work on-site from a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location as part of a collaborative team of financial experts, serving in-person customers who use Intuit TurboTax products. You will serve customers in-person using Intuit TurboTax products. You will leverage your tax expertise to provide full service tax return preparation, tax advice, calculations, and software/product support. Your ability to demonstrate understanding of each customer’s unique situation, and connect with them on a personal level is critical to alleviating the stress some may feel when tackling their taxes. What You’ll Do: Be a Proactive Community Ambassador Enthusiastically represent TurboTax locally, serving as a fixture and public face of TurboTax in the community.
