This individual will be responsible for ensuring that BDRs meet and exceed their monthly performance KPIs, are equipped with high-quality lead lists, and operate efficiently in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Team Management: Supervise and coach a team of BDRs, providing day-to-day guidance, accountability, and performance feedback., • Performance Monitoring: Track individual and team KPIs (e.g., calls, emails, meetings set) and implement strategies to ensure monthly targets are consistently met., • List Quality Assurance: Work with internal stakeholders to ensure that BDRs are using accurate, relevant, and segmented lead lists for outreach., • Training & Development: Onboard new BDRs, implement training programs, and develop ongoing performance improvement plans., • Reporting: Provide regular reports on team performance, identifying trends, roadblocks, and opportunities for optimization., • Collaboration: Liaise with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to align outreach strategy, messaging, and tools., • Culture & Motivation: Foster a positive, competitive, and high-energy sales floor culture. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay for this position is up to $105,000 annually with variable compensation totaling $130,000 performance pending.
