We're looking to bring on a RN specializing in aesthetic or cosmetic nursing for a skincare beauty bar / med spa located between Chinatown and SOHO. Hours are from 10:30am to 7:30pm, with flexible hours depending on your appointments. Requirements: • Active RN license in the state of practice, • 1–3 years of aesthetic experience or formal aesthetics training preferred, • Strong communication and guest relationship-building skills, retaining clients, • Proven ability to consult, educate, and convert guests with confidence, • Experience with clinical documentation and use of treatment technologies, • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team, • Deliver a variety of medical aesthetic services such as injectables, laser hair removal, and facial treatments, • Maintain detailed documentation, including chart notes and before/after photos, • Meet individual performance goals for revenue, rebooking, retail, and retention, • Familiarity with the latest injectables and fillers Must be able bilingual in Chinese and English.
