Job Description Job Title: House Manager (with Meal Prep Support) Location: Armonk, NY 10504 Employment Type: Part-Time (20-25 hours/week) Schedule: Monday, Tuesday & Thursdays: 11:00 am - 6:00 pm Compensation: $30-$35/hour, based on experience Start Date: June 1, 2026 Requirements • Maintain a smoke-free environment, • Reliable transportation to-and-from workplace, • General vaccinations, including annual flu vaccine, • Must be comfortable and experienced with driving children to various activities, appointments, and school in an SUV in all weather conditions We are a busy family with two energetic young boys (ages 5 & 3) who bring lots of fun to our daily lives. You have a can-do attitude and enjoy staying on top of the little thingslike vacuuming lint traps, running cleaning cycles, or refilling drink fridges. Key Responsibilities Household Management & Organization • Reset and tidy rooms daily; maintain overall neatness, ensure home is prepped for weekly cleaning service, • Conduct seasonal swaps (clothing, dcor, bedding, etc.), • Prepare for family events, holidays, and guest stays, • Support packing/unpacking for travel or seasonal transitions, • Supervise or coordinate with service providers/vendors (e.g., handymen, cleaners, landscapers), • Load/unload dishwasher, wipe surfaces, vacuum high traffic areas, • Assist with school/activity pick-ups, • Supervision, playtime, and back-up childcare, as needed, • Prep backpacks, clothing, activity bags, or snacks for school, • Plan and prep healthy and meals/snacks, • Assist in packing school lunches, • Shop for groceries and meal-related items, • Wash, dry, fold, and organize family laundry (e.g., clothing, bedding, towels), • Iron, steam, and prepare outfits as needed, • Restock linen essentials, • Keep laundry areas tidy and well-stocked with supplies, • Track and restock pantry, fridge, toiletries, household supplies, • Create and manage running household supply lists, • Coordinate and manage household orders (Amazon, Costco, Target, etc.), • Tackle deep cleaning projects in between weekly cleaners (fridge, oven, baseboards, washer/dryer, etc.), • Maintain and refresh specific zones (entryways, garage, mudroom), • Schedule and oversee maintenance, oil changes, and inspections, • Ensure vehicles are fueled, cleaned, and organized, • Track service schedules, • Schedule and supervise service providers (cleaners, contractors, landscapers), • Oversee outdoor spaces and seasonal maintenance needs (e.g., pool; sweep, seasonal set-up, cover outdoor cushions), • Help with travel planning, scheduling, and logistics If you are interested, please email the following: • A brief letter explaining why you would be a great fit for this position., • Your updated resume.
