Job Summary: The Case Manager is responsible for supporting the Program Social Workers in the provision and coordination of casework services for youth of the Runaway Homeless Youth program Job Responsibilities: • Provide casework services to residents of the shelter including referrals for entitlements, housing, and services, accompanying residents on appointments and fostering/facilitating relationships with other services providers to meet the needs of the residents of the program., • Maintain up-to-date case record documentation and reports including progress notes court reports, and all documentation required by city and state governing bodies., • Enter case information into DYCD’s PTS and other demographic Systems. Provide timely communication to DYCD, • Developing, updating, following up on service/treatment plans. Job Description Case Manager The Case Manager is responsible for case management services for clients in transitional housing. The Case Manager will have an assigned caseload of 25 cases. He/She will be responsible for successfully integrating each client's housing and employment goals and ensuring compliance with Win's contractual requirements with outside Funders. ISAP is an essential part of ERO, providing intensive supervision of individuals in immigration proceedings. The program achieves positive results by combining comprehensive case management with proven supervision technology. Job Description Director of Building Maintenance (Union Hall) PRIMARY FUNCTION/PURPOSE: Under the supervision of the Program Director, the Director of Building Maintenance oversees all maintenance, janitorial, and capital improvement projects for our Union Hall location in Queens, NY. Must have MSW or other appropriate Human Services degree with 3 years of relevant experience and supervisory experience. Fluency in Spanish is highly desirable. Ability to work some evenings and occasional weekends as needed. Excellent and demonstrated writing ability. Strong assessment, direct practice, counseling, supervision, community outreach, group leadership and program development experience preferred. Advanced knowledge of MS Word, Excel and database management skills.
