Job Description Refrig-IT is looking for a General Manager. Primary Duties & Responsibilities: Operations Management • Lead all fulfillment and warehouse activities including receiving, inventory management, picking/packing, and shipping., • Ensure all SLAs (Service Level Agreements) and KPI’s are met for accuracy, speed, and cost-efficiency., • Serve as the primary operational contact for clients., • Ensure client KPIs are tracked, met, and reported on regularly., • Hire, train, and manage department leads and warehouse staff., • Establish a performance-driven culture with clear accountability., • Develop and manage budgets, labor forecasts, and productivity metrics., • Identify cost-saving opportunities and drive P&L performance., • Oversee WMS (Warehouse Management System) performance and integrations., • Champion process automation when needed and lean warehousing principles., • Ensure accurate data entry and operational reporting.
