Key Responsibilities Leadership & Team Development Lead, coach, and motivate the store team to achieve sales and customer experience goals. Maintain the highest quality standards for all permanent jewelry services. Assist customers with welding services and customizations. Laser engraving experience is preferred. Qualifications 3+ years of retail management experience. Proven experience managing a team of 2 or more employees. Experience in jewelry, luxury retail, or boutique retail preferred. Permanent jewelry welding experience required. Strong sales ability with a proven record of meeting or exceeding goals. Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills. Develop and manage preventive maintenance schedules for every vehicle. Coordinate repairs with mechanics, dealerships, body shops, refrigeration technicians, towing companies, and other vendors. Track vehicles that are out of service and actively manage their return to operation. Arrange rental or replacement vehicles when needed to prevent interruptions to deliveries. Review repair estimates, recommendations, and invoices. Monitor tires, brakes, oil changes, inspections, liftgates, refrigeration systems, and other vehicle maintenance requirements. Maintain an accurate record of the condition and status of every vehicle. Work closely with dispatch and operations to ensure enough trucks are available for daily routes. Drive company delivery trucks when operational needs require it, including emergencies, driver call-outs, moving vehicles, or other situations. Collaborate with management and HR in interviewing and evaluating driver candidates.
