Job Description[solidcore] is looking for an energetic, outgoing, and personable individual to join our Core Crew team, providing front desk, administrative, and sales support to the Head Coach & Community Manager. This role is part time, with hours that vary based on studio schedule and needs. Member Sales Responsibilities: • Lead generation and nurturing: networking, community outreach, referrals, phone calls, emails, texts, etc., • New member signups, • Tour and Trial Booking, • Trial follow up and conversions, • Creating and executing internal referral lead generation program Member Relations Responsibilities: • Continued support, interactions, and communication with members after signup, driving engagement and progress, • Assist members with scheduling their 1-1 fitness coaching appointments and signature studio classes, • Ensure that members check in when arriving to the facility, while monitoring status of member programs, • Maintain the cleanliness and order of the front desk area and ensure the members have a great club experience Objectives: • Meet club sales & lead goals, • Provide a great member experience, • Assist management as needed, • Ensure members are giving an NPS score of 8 or higher Required Skills, Knowledge & Abilities: • Strong critical thinking ability with great multi-tasking skills required, • Create and build strong relationships with people, • Passion for helping people feel healthy, happy and strong, • Doesnt mind rejection, rather sees it as a step to getting a yes, • Self motivated and driven to achieve set goals, • Prefers working with a team that becomes a second family, • So passionate about helping people stay healthy that overcoming their objections, fears and hesitations comes naturally, • Good with technology and software Position Requirements: • 2 years sales experience minimum (prefer 5 years), • Full and part time positions available (minimum 20 hours per week), • Morning, evening and weekend hours will be required as necessary, • Must be career minded and desire to grow with the company long term Total On Target Earnings - $22-$30 an hour Perks: • Complimentary 1:1 personal training session weekly, • Complimentary full access to facilities and amenities, • PTO Based on hours worked, • Discount on apparel and merchandise, • Healthcare reimbursement plan
